One of their research themes, material studies assuming a space environment, was recently featured in the newspaper, drawing widespread attention to the company's advanced technology development. Known for their system kitchens, Takara Standard Co., Ltd. is engaged in material evaluation assuming a space environment as part of their research into new application possibilities for their long-cultivated enamel technology. As experimental equipment, they have adopted the IR image furnace from Yokoyama Manufacturing, using materials that simulate regolith (the granular material covering the lunar surface) for basic evaluation and verification.

Please feel free to inquire about custom systems. 【Installation of IR Image Furnace onto Universal Testing Machine】 It can be installed on an existing universal testing machine, allowing for testing while heating the sample. The heating section is isolated by a quartz chamber, enabling control of the atmosphere during testing. The heating device and quartz chamber have a mechanism that allows them to slide up and down, making sample replacement easy. A moving rail for the heating device is provided at the back of the testing machine, allowing it to be retracted to the back of the machine when not in use.
